Calibration Laboratories

Monitoring and Control Laboratories operates SANAS Accredited Laboratories in accordance with ISO 17025, for Temperature and Viscosity Calibrations at our head office in Johannesburg. We have fully equipped facilities for both disciplines and friendly, dedicated staff who are ready to assist you immediately with your requests.  The Durban branch of the Company is in the final stages of obtaining Accreditation for both Disciplines.

Our primary goals are:

	To provide customer satisfaction & we strive to deal with all requests promptly and efficiently.
	To provide a high standard of quality, competence and accuracy in our measurements to meet the requirements of our quality system and our clients.
	To comply with the requirements of ISO 17025.

JOHANNESBURG CALIBRATION LABORATORY
The calibration laboratories in Johannesburg falls under the management of Kerserie Govender (Technical Manager), who personally oversees the temperature calibrations herself. Kerserie is assisted by Seth Collins and Jaco Hugo who are responsible for the viscosity calibrations.

DURBAN CALIBRATION LABORATORY

The calibration laboratories in Durban falls under the management of Tiaan Steyn (Branch Manager). Tiaan is assisted by Shantal Naidoo who is responsible for the Temperature & Viscosity Calibrations.

TRAINING
Our laboratory staff have been trained in their respective fields and together with their years of experiences has the knowledge and capabilities to assist and advise our clients to their satisfaction.

STANDARDS / REQUIREMENTS
Each calibration is performed specific to customer requirements and the SANAS calibration certificate issued provides, in addition to local recognition that Monitoring and Control Laboratories has met and continues to meet the requirements of ISO 17025 as proven through independent third party assessment by SANAS, but also international recognition of calibrations performed in South Africa. This is of particular importance if a client has overseas principals and needs to comply with international standards.
