STIRRED LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES: Ecoclave 075 / 150
Two high-torque drives with integrated magnetic couplings are available for the ecoclave. Both are free of exposed rotating components to ensure absolute tightness. Four different vessel types with capacities of up to 3L are available for installation at the cover plate. Integrated polycarbonate sliding panels provide full operator safety when working with glass pressure vessels.

POLYCLAVE

The polyclave is the latest and most complete of the Büchi autoclaves, it combines proven technology with innovation. Its features are compelling: 4 vessel types (glass/metal), with volumes up to 3L can be used at the same unit. Quick-action closure for pressures up to 60bar, depending on the vessel. A vessel lift provides easy handling. The new compact drive consisting of the cyclone 300 with an integrated magnetic coupling is powerful and dynamic enough to solve all stirring problems.

HIGH-PRESSURE AUTOCLAVE: limbo

Interchangeable reactors with volumes of 100 / 200 / 285 / 450ml, electrical heating block with integrated cooling coils, agitator drives with integrated magnetic couplings, for reactions up to 350°C / 350bar.

The unit is equipped with a 2-step lift for vessel and heating. The cover plate comes with 5 x ¼” Gi threads and tube fittings. The reactor vessel incorporates an electrically heated aluminium block and an integrated cooling coil. The lift can be operated electrically or manually for easy lifting, lowering, or tilting of the pressure vessels.

SMALL SCALE REACTORS

These pressure autoclaves are excellent components for small-scale trials and guarantee full operator safety. They are available as miniclave drive models with compact magnetic drives. For these units, Büchi offers a comprehensive line of glass and steel vessels.

MINICLAVE - Suitable for chemical reactions in aqueous and organic media up to 10 bar at 100°C or 6 bar at 150°C. Capacity up to 200ml.

TINY CLAVE - Capacity of 10 & 25ml. Suitable for pressure up to 10 bar & Temperatures  up to 150°C

2000 BROOKFIELD VISCOMETER

The new cone and plate viscometer designed to handle repetitive testing in production environments with easy setup and cleaning. The CAP2000 has variable speed setting 5 – 1000rpm, which is ideal for R & D as well as more detailed QC testing. Built in temperature control. LFRA TEXTURE ANALYSER

The LFRA TA can be operated in either stand alone mode or through Windows driven software permitting the automatic calculation of 10 key characteristics including hardness and fracturability. Graphical interpretation of results permits manual calculation of all Texture Profile Analysis (TPA) parameters, as well as fundamental measures such as stress relaxation. In addition the ability to import data into Microsoft Excel makes this a very cost effective and comprehensive texture analysis system.

BROOKFIELD QTS 25 TEXTURE ANALYSER

The QTS 25 can also be operated in either stand alone mode or with unique TextureProa software running directly within Microsoft Excel. Through simple menu driven operation, users can automatically calculate a full range of standard and expanded parameters, with the benefit of statistical functions, automatic report generation and an incomparable range of accessories and fixtures to imitate your process conditions and identify characterisitcs of core importance to your customers. The QTS 25 with TexturePro software is the ultimate texture analysis system.

AUTOMATIC FLASHPOINT

The new Seta Multiflash range of ‘fully automatic’ flash point instruments is unique in covering the widest range of test methods. It is configured as a universal base unit and with the choice of modules to implement Pensky-Martens (A and B), Abel, Cleveland, Tag, Small Scale (Setaflash Rapid Equilibrium), and Equilibrium tests. Each module conforms to the requirements of the appropriate test methods and special emphasis has been put on using water baths where these are mandated in test methods, specifications, and regulations. The ultra modern cabinet, electronics, mechanics and modules have been designed to be rugged, low cost and simple to operate and maintain.
