We are the Authorised Service Centre for a wide range of International Brands such as but not limited to Ametek Brookfield, Binder, Grant Instruments, Atago and Dueperthal. 

We install, commission, provide training and IQ, OQ Services with supporting documents for new equipment – please request this as needed from your Sales Rep.

We also have a proven track record of providing efficient repair services for a variety of other different manufacturers of Laboratory Equipment.  All enquiries welcome!

Repairs

We handle repairs on both warranty and out of warranty units & oftentimes on units that are now out of production.

We carry out a thorough investigation and provide you with a complete report on the root cause of the failure or malfunction, as well any other hidden, underlying faults that may be present and that may worsen over time if not addressed timeously. 

Pricing

We provide upfront pricing for approval before any repairs are undertaken.

Labour and travel rates are kept fixed & are cost competitive to meet your budget.

We pride ourselves on our quality service and warranty our labour/service for a period of 30 days from return of instrument.

Turnaround Times

Kept to 5 working days or less for those urgent requests.

We keep you informed of any unforeseen delays.

Emergency services: We provide 1-2 day turnarounds for those productions that go on standby without the unit, without charging extra for these urgent services.  Bookings a must!

Routine Preventative Maintenance

Prevention is always better than cure!

  • Saves money, equipment downtime, & extends the life of the unit.
  • Is in keeping with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for those companies that undergo audits!

MCL Service Level Agreements

  • We offer Service level agreements that take the fuss out of service!
